The people with names are mostly not selectable. Elisabeth, Arianwen, Thomas, Lucky, and the eight Miracle gods are story or system figures. What you change on the player is the mask, the voice, the menu backdrop, the player icon, and weapon cosmetics.
The community progression article lists selectable Sker Pass tracks whose individual progress is saved separately. Treat that as a description of the documented reward system, rather than a verified current total of all passes or masks.
- Free: Sker Pass, achievements, and easter-egg masks such as The Egg from the 2025 anniversary objective.
- Paid: the fifteen cosmetic packs on the DLC page, masks and backgrounds at $2.49.
- Lucky is the weapon gamble, not a second player character.

Can you pick a character?
No roster was listed on the studio page or the Fandom character category. Fandom’s Story article gives a Thomas-cloning account; its separate Player article calls the protagonist unnamed. The studio only says you join her mission.
What can you customize?
Steam's store text lists interchangeable masks from the free Sker Pass, achievements, easter eggs, or cosmetic DLC, plus voice lines and menu scenes.
How many masks are there?
A single total is not reliable. Fandom sorts them by source, including per-map Sker Pass tracks, and the table may be incomplete. This page does not add those counts into one number.
